Upcoming Fudraising Events!

Hey guys just a reminder the early bird deadline to pay the $500.00 for missions is by the end of April.

As well the tentative dates (meaning that they can be subject to change), for fundraisers are as follows:
1. Game night led by Steve-May 13
2. Food selling by Tito- Any Sunday in May or June (we will decide on a date)
3. Dduk selling on a Sunday in May or June by Gloria
4. T-shirt selling by Gloria in May or June
4. Food selling and prep-everyone-July 23 and 24
5. Worship night led by Youngdo-June 3
6. Sports tournament by Jeff -June 18
7. Monolisa/Bf Soul/Runaway/Silent auction/Coffee House by Sara, Steve, Youngdo, Lydia, Gloria-July 15

Please start to list the things needed to get the fundraisers started and send it to me and Youngdo by Tuesday at the latest. We need to get things started right away.
Just to help you, try to think of what we need such as materials, how many people you need to help you, where you would like to do the fundraising, how much something is going to cost.
If you need help with anything talk to me or Youngdo. As well don't be afraid to approach others in the church to help you plan the fundraisers. The team is also here to support you.

As well there is a fundraiser idea that everyone should do, we should think of asking any friends or family to support us through asking for personal donations. I will make a tempate for a letter and send it to you all.

We will have a short meeting on Sunday to make sure everyone is on track and to pray together for us individually and also for the community we will be serving.
The meeting will take place after we eat upstairs in the loft. Please continue to meditate on the passage Isaiah 43:1-13, brcause it summarizes our focus and purpose for going on missions.
